What happens with the information you share with us, and what to know about cameras on campus.
Photography, video & livestream
Our services and events happen in public spaces. Our services are livestreamed and recorded, and our media team and volunteers take photos and video that we share on our website, app, and social media. When you attend a service or event at Stewart Road, you may appear in those photos, video, or the livestream.
If you'd rather not be posted on social media, let a staff member or someone on the media team know, or email [email protected]. We do our best to honor every request, but in a room full of people and cameras we can't promise you won't appear in a crowd shot or the livestream. If you see a photo of yourself or your child that you'd like taken down, email us and we'll take care of it.
Information you share with us
When you fill out a form, sign up for an event or group, request prayer, or check your kids in, that information is collected through Planning Center (Church Center), the church management system we use. Online giving is processed by Subsplash. Each of those services has its own privacy policy, and card and bank details are processed securely by Stripe, Subsplash's payment processor. They never come to us.
We use what you share to care for you and run church ministries: following up, communicating about events, and keeping giving records. We don't sell your information. Contact details and prayer requests are shared only with the staff and volunteers who need them to serve you.
This website
We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit stewartroad.org and which pages are helpful. It uses cookies and collects general information like your browser, device, and pages viewed, not your name. Pages also load content from services we use, like Planning Center, Subsplash, YouTube, and Google Maps, and those services may set their own cookies.
Children
This website isn't meant for children to use on their own, and we don't knowingly collect information from children online. Kids' check-in information is provided by a parent or guardian.
